The British American Business Council (BABC) is pleased to host the Chairman of Shire Pharmaceuticals, Matthew Emmens, on Thursday, October 23 for a Business Breakfast Networking at the Rittenhouse Hotel in Center City Philadelphia.

Matthew Emmens, co-author of the imaginative and visionary business book “Zenobia: The Curious Book of Business,” will share with members of the British American Business Council and the Greater Philadelphia international business community his insights on why it only takes one person with vision and creativity to change a company; how a stagnant and stifling company culture can be revitalized; how to apply creative thinking within an organization; why unconventional thinkers should be sought out by employers. His book demonstrates the power of creative thinking, new ideas and the ability of an ordinary person to act as the catalyst for change.
