Joint Ventures & Teaming Agreements
Certified Veteran-Owned or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses enjoy special advantages when competing for contracts with the federal government and large corporations. These advantages include supplier diversity goals set specifically for veteran-owned business participation, increased access to capital, special business education, as well as economic development opportunities from both federal agencies and local resource organizations.
This workshop will help veteran-owned businesses identify additional contracting opportunities through the use of
teaming agreements and joint ventures.
Vince Mazzotta,
Regional Size Specialist from the Small Business Administration, will explain why your business may want to explore such opportunities and what makes these partnerships desirable from a federal and industry standpoint. In addition, learn about the logistics of entering into these agreements, and the rules and regulations small businesses must follow to obtain SBA approval.

About VETWORK YOUR BUSINESS
Vetwork was developed for those who bravely served our nation by the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. The program identifies Veteran-Owned Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business vendors looking to capitalize on their classification, and connects them to regional corporations and government agencies that want to satisfy their supplier diversity goals through comprehensive training and networking sessions. The Vetwork program is free for Chamber members.

Pre-registration is necessary, availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration/entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to program/event. Substitutions may be made. Tickets will be held at the door. Reserved seating for tables of 10 only.
