Joint Ventures & Teaming Agreements

Certified Veteran-Owned or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses enjoy special advantages when competing for contracts with the federal government and large corporations. These advantages include supplier diversity goals set specifically for veteran-owned business participation, increased access to capital, special business education, as well as economic development opportunities from both federal agencies and local resource organizations.

This workshop will help veteran-owned businesses identify additional contracting opportunities through the use of teaming agreements and joint ventures.

Vince Mazzotta, Regional Size Specialist from the Small Business Administration, will explain why your business may want to explore such opportunities and what makes these partnerships desirable from a federal and industry standpoint. In addition, learn about the logistics of entering into these agreements, and the rules and regulations small businesses must follow to obtain SBA approval.
