Developing Your Inner Leader: Decision Making & Influencing Others

This interactive session will teach attendees how to make sound decisions from a leader’s perspective and also how to influence their key stakeholders in order to garner support for their initiatives. A good leader makes decisions based on sound ethical standards—there are always three vantage points from which to make decisions and leaders need to know and use all of them to ensure the right decision is carried out. Effective leadership skills can influence and persuade key stakeholders in order to move ahead important initiatives. Ethical decision making, combined with the ability to influence others, allow one’s inner leader to come to the forefront of their position and advance their own initiatives as well as those of their organization in a productive and positive way.
