At our fourth annual Women in the Workforce, a panel of female business leaders will share inspirational stories about their personal and professional journeys and offer tips on networking, self-promotion, and mentoring. The panelists will then rotate among small groups of attendees to lead interactive discussions and provide further insight.

Sirena C. Moore, President & CEO, Elohim Cleaning Contractors, Inc. 
At 28 years old, Sirena Moore has already achieved more than most entrepreneurs twice her age. In less than five years, Ms. Moore has taken a small construction cleaning firm that she started with her father, and turned it into a multi-million dollar business that continues to grow.

Teresa Bryce, President, Radian Guaranty Inc. 
Teresa A. Bryce, President of Radian Guaranty, the mortgage insurance subsidiary of Radian Group Inc., is an active voice in the mortgage industry. She has served in key mortgage roles at Bank of America and PNC Bank, as well as several important industry organizations including: Mortgage Insurance Companies of America (MICA); Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA); Chairperson, Research Institute of Housing America; and the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve. Ms. Bryce holds a JD from the Columbia University School of Law.   

Suzanne Mayes, Member and Co-Chair of the Public and Project Finance practice group, Cozen O’Connor 
A recipient of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Special Achievement Award and one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Women of Distinction, Suzanne Mayes co-chairs Cozen O’Connor’s Public and Project Finance group, handling municipal finance transactions across a broad range of industry areas in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. In addition, she is a member of the board of directors of a number of organizations, including Mount St. Joseph Academy and Manor College.

Lisa Walker, Vice President, Condensed Soup, Broth and Campbell's Kitchen 
Lisa Walker has responsibility for Campbell’s flagship condensed soup franchise, its Swanson broth business and also manages the Campbell’s Kitchen. Prior to this new role, Lisa served as Vice President-Innovation for two years, where she led all innovation efforts across the U.S. Soup business. She was the leading force behind Campbell’s lower sodium soups commercialization efforts. In 2008, Lisa was named one of Brandweek Magazine’s Top 10 Marketers of the Year.

Barbara Fallon-Walsh, Principal, The Vanguard Group
Barbara Fallon-Walsh is head of Vanguard’s Institutional Retirement Plan Services, which includes all defined contribution, defined benefit, and non-qualified programs for corporate and government entities. Ms. Fallon-Walsh joined Vanguard in 1995 as head of the Specialized Services Group and later led the Core Client Group, Institutional Marketing and Participant Education, and High Net Worth Services.
