With President & CEO Rob Wonderling, the Executive Team directs the Chamber’s actions on regional economy building, public policy advocacy, and membership services.

Joseph W. Mahoney, Jr.

Joe Mahoney joined the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce in 1990, after having served 9 years on the staff of U.S. Congressman R. Lawrence Coughlin (R.- PA). His present role is Executive Vice President as well as Vice President of GPCC Benefit Services. He oversees the Chamber’s Public Policy activities at the federal, state and city levels as well as outreach to the county governments in the surrounding counties. He also is involved in many of the day-to-day operations of the Chamber.

Joe is currently a trustee of the Belt Line Railroad and serves as a Pension Trustee of Inter-Community Action, Inc. He is also co-owner of PJM Holdings, Inc.

Joe holds a BA degree from St. Joseph’s University and is Chair of the Haub School of Business’ Board of Visitors.


Andrea R. Allon

Andrea R. Allon

Andrea Allon is responsible for coordinating essential Chamber activities with a major focus on two important ends: product and service improvements which benefit our membership and financial stability of Chamber operations. Working closely with GPCC business unit leaders, Andrea’s responsibilities extend to Partnership Marketing, Membership Development, Sponsor Recruitment, Programs and Events and overall administrative support functions.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Andrea was a Partner of Ernst & Young LLP overseeing audit services provided to public companies primarily in the financial services and technology industries. Andrea spent over 20 years with Ernst & Young in the Philadelphia and New York offices. She is a certified public accountant.

Andrea is a member of the Board of Directors of The Reinvestment Fund, a not-for-profit community development financial institution and represents the Chamber on the boards of The Arts and Business Council of Greater Philadelphia, The Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation.

Andrea earned her MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas G. Morr is the President and CEO of Select Greater Philadelphia, a regional economic development marketing organization created to promote the Greater Philadelphia region as a top tier business location.

Select works with business leaders, organizations, and economic developers to attract companies to locate or expand in the Greater Philadelphia region. Since 2005, 54 businesses have expanded to the region from across the globe. Select provides information, connections and complementary and confidential services to make it easy for companies to establish operations in Greater Philadelphia.

Prior to joining Select in June 2005, Mr. Morr served as the Managing Partner of the Greater Washington Initiative an organization that markets the National Capital area. He has served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for WEST*GROUP Management LLC, one of Washington’s leading real estate development companies. He is past president of both the Washington Airports Task Force and the Washington Dulles Foreign Trade Zone.

Mr. Morr is a member of the CEO Council for Growth, the board of directors for Select Greater Philadelphia. He also serves on the Executive Committee and Board of the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Mr. Morr earned his Juris Doctor degree from American University in Washington, D.C and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University.
