With President & CEO Rob Wonderling, the Executive Team directs the Chamber’s actions on regional economy building, public policy advocacy, and membership services.

Andrea R. Allon

Andrea Allon is responsible for coordinating essential Chamber activities with a major focus on two important ends: product and service improvements which benefit our membership and financial stability of Chamber operations. Working closely with the Chamber business unit leaders, her responsibilities extend to Partnership Marketing, Membership Development, Sponsor Recruitment, Programs and Events and overall administrative support functions.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Ms. Allon was a Partner of Ernst & Young LLP overseeing audit services provided to public companies primarily in the financial services and technology industries. She spent over 20 years with Ernst & Young in the Philadelphia and New York offices. She is a certified public accountant.

Ms. Allon is a member of the Board of Directors of The Reinvestment Fund, a not-for-profit community development financial institution and represents the Chamber on the boards of The Arts and Business Council of Greater Philadelphia, The Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation.

She earned her MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Cabrey

An accomplished executive with diverse and extensive marketing and communications experience, Matt Cabrey’s concentration with Select is on showcasing the distinguishing characteristics that make Greater Philadelphia an attractive area for businesses to thrive through engaging with investors, partners, business and civic leaders to identify organizations and support the business location and expansion process.

Prior to joining Select and the Chamber, he held numerous leadership roles with Shire plc, helping to shape the image, reputation and growth of this international specialty biopharmaceutical company. Before joining Shire, he was part of the corporate communications team at PNC Bank in southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He serves on the advisory board of Melmark, a human services organization dedicated to helping people with developmental disabilities; is a past board member of the Chamber; past board member of the Arts & Business Council, a Chamber initiative that delivers value by facilitating collaborations among arts organizations and businesses; volunteers with Pennsylvania Bio; and is a member and past chairman of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association.
