Past Programs Include:
Smart Technologies: Re-Energizing the Regional Economy
This event provided an in-depth look at how emerging technologies and innovations have the potential to revolutionize how energy is distributed, stored, traded and saved.
Energy Management Strategies
In collaboration with the Energy Efficient Buildings Hub (EEB Hub) the Chamber organized an event to explain how companies can secure affordable financing for a retrofit project.
State of Manufacturing
This program explored the future of manufacturing in the Greater Philadelphia region and the report from the Nutter Administration’s Manufacturing Task Force. The program featured Philadelphia Councilman Bobby Henon, Co-Chair of the Task Force.
Natural Gas Development
Due to ample supply of natural gas in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Chamber periodically hosts events surrounding the effects of the Marcellus Shale on both large and small businesses. Last year, Congressman Patrick Meehan led a panel discussion that revealed the opportunities and benefits available to area businesses, consumers, job creators and job seekers.
