A lot of people may not know but food safety is primarily a self regulated industry. All food establishments in Pennsylvania must have a certified food safety manager on premises during all hours. All supermarkets must have a certified food safety personnel and California recently enacted a mandatory food handler course for all workers in the Industry. DWC INTERNATIONAL is a certified instructor of SERVSAFE and NRFSP courses and provides training and exams.
