Posted to Event by Ms. Susan B. DeMinico of Penjerdel Employee Benefits & Compensation Assn. at 3:56 PM

The Pension Protection Act of 2006 has created an interesting dynamic as it relates to these plans as it forces companies to evaluate the future of their DB Plan. This program will explore how we got to this point and the options available to plan sponsors, such as plan termination, conversion to a cash balance plan, and plan design changes allowing companies to keep their plan.
