Mary Beth Gray, a partner in the Business and Finance Department of the law firm of Kleinbard Bell & Brecker LLP, will serve as a speaker at the Pennsylvania/Delaware Chapter of the ESOP Association’s Annual Spring ESOP Seminar on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. The Seminar entitled “ESOPs: Your Passport to a Better Retirement” will take place at the Wyndham Garden, Exton Valley Forge, from 8:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Gray’s session will focus on recent important legal developments on the new Form 5500 disclosure requirements regarding valuation information and the response of the ESOP community to the new requirements. The session will also cover the new Internal Revenue Service rules regarding plan corrections under the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS).
