Business Analysis: The Works
This multiple-week course gives you the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct business analysis work following the framework set forth by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). You will learn techniques for eliciting requirements from stakeholders, conducting an enterprise analysis, and managing the business analysis tasks effectively within any organization. This course runs in two formats. You pick the one that is best for you: 1) two evenings per week for 7 weeks OR 2) one day per week for 6 weeks. This format allows you to apply what you learn back on the job in between sessions. The integration of learning and real-world application increases retention and reinforces the concepts learned.

This course is eligible for PDU credits.
