How do I access the information?
You will receive a daily email notification outlining the new opportunities. In addition, a complete list of all open opportunities can be accessed at www.ChamberPHL.com/ebidconnect.
How current is the information I get?
eBid Connect is the largest, most comprehensive database of public sector opportunities. It is updated daily with new opportunities and specs. You will receive an email everyday with the latest project information.
How much would this cost if I weren't a Chamber member?
The actual value of this service is $2,200 per member company.
Where does eBid Connect find the opportunities?
Onvia finds postings and continually monitors print and electronic media from public agencies, professional associations and private companies. Using its own proprietary technology, the Chamber's eBid Connect then enhances this information so that it is organized and optimized for members of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia.
Who will I receive leads from?
You will receive RFPs, RFQs, bids and actionable sales opportunities from all levels of public sector and federal stimulus projects in the Greater Philadelphia Metro area. Please note: private company bid opportunities are provided to the extent they are made available to the general public.
How many projects are listed at any given time?
The number of leads you receive each day will depend on the number of projects that are released in the Greater Philadelphia Metro area.
Where can I obtain more information about posted bids/RFPs?
By contacting the agency and point of contact listed in the posting.
How do I search for information in my company's industry?
Bids & RFPs can be searched by keyword in the "Search by Text" box, by category search or by sub-category. In addition, members have the option to search Bids & RFPS by post or deadline date.
How can someone else from my company receive the daily email?
Each member of your company can receive the daily eBid emails by having the company main contact add additional employees to the company subscriptions under the "Members Only" section of the website. Once logged in, you will need to click on "manage profiles", where there are directions to edit individual subscriptions.
Can my Onvia Guide be customized?
Yes. You can customize your E-bid Connect with a personal Onvia subscription. Personalization options include: expanded geographic areas, target markets, and industry specialty.
