In one of the nonprofit sector’s most significant real estate transactions of 2012, Children's Crisis Treatment Center (CcTC) has signed a long-term lease to occupy 43,673 square feet of space at the Waterview Corporate Center, 1080 North Delaware Avenue, in Philadelphia, Pa. Peter Soens and Peter Shrier of SSH Real Estate served as tenant representatives for CcTC; and Neil Brazitis and Les Haggett of Newmark Knight Frank Smith Mack represented the landlord, Core Realty, Inc.
