Business Development Specialist (BDS)

The BDS participates in strategic planning, program design as well as creates business plans .

? Externally, collaborates funders of all levels.

? Internally, facilitates and participates in program development teams and program staff; Strong interaction with Board members and Executive Staff.

Candidates must have:
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Excellent research skills • Create government and private proposals
• Proven business skills
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
? Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, research, grant writing, strategic planning and/or business planning.
? Graduate degree required; business degree preferred.
? Excellent communication skills.
? Creative analytical thinker, independent worker, detail oriented and self-starter

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience.
