Did you know that like many states, Pennsylvania has a Baldrige-based awards program? Good news, we do! The Keystone Alliance for Performance Excellence (KAPE), a non-profit organization, uses the leading-edge Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence as the basis for its process and for giving feedback to applicants.

If you want to learn more about the Baldrige framework and the various ways that your organization can benefit from what KAPE has to offer, please register for a complimentary overview. The session will be held on Wednesday, June 20, from 11:00am to 12:30pm in the DiBono Room. Light refreshments will be provided.
