PHS invites bids for Turf Management, Landscape Management and Plant Health Care at the sites listed below. Contractors must meet bid qualifications as described on website. All work under these contracts shall begin April 1, 2011 and be completed by March 31, 2012.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 9:30 am at PHS Offices, 20th & Arch Streets, Philadelphia. Snow date is Monday, February 14, 2011 at 9:30 am. Please RSVP to bidspldm@pennhort.org

PHS Brings a Flourish to Macy’s Flower Show

The first Macy’s Flower Show in Center City has been designed in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and will feature a wonderland of exotic flora and stunning centerpieces. The show, which is free to the public, will run April 5 to 19 in the historic Wanamaker Building, and will be open during regular store hours, Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
