Volunteers to Offer Free Counseling to Small Businesses

SCORE, a part of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), is a volunteer group of active and retired businessmen and businesswomen who have had successful careers as executives and entrepreneurs. SCORE volunteers will offer free business counseling to small business owners sharing their knowledge and experience in starting, expanding, and maintaining a small business.  Nationally, SCORE is the largest counseling organization for small businesses, serving more than 300,000 small business clients each year.

SCORE is looking to add additional volunteers for key consulting and leadership positions in the Philadelphia area.  Pass on this request for SCORE volunteers to your Vice President of Human Resources or any other corporate organizations that you believe may have access to retiring or retired executives.  It’s a great way to give back to the business community.
