Disaster Management Planning
Drexel University is a co-sponsor of the Readiness Now 2006, Summit for Disaster Management Planning on October 23, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. It is designed to provide a timely educational and training experience for regional senior executives from public and private sectors who need to learn and understand the intricacies and challenges of Disaster Management. Spanning regional to global, natural and man-made disasters, this Summit will feature leading experts to address the key issues from four key perspectives: Threats, Planning, Training, and Response.
This Summit is designed for government officials, property managers, insurance underwriters, re-insurance executives, lawyers representing insurance companies, city planners, first responders, Emergency Management Agencies and other disaster management professionals. It will be held at Drexel University's Bossone Center, 32nd and Market Streets. The cost of this one-day summit is $95.00 and includes parking, breakfast, lunch and a networking cocktail hour.
