The Chamber Partners with Local Business Associations
The Chamber recently partnered with the South Philadelphia Business Association (SPBA) to offer benefits to SPBA members through its Associated Membership Program.
Through this program, SPBA Associate Members receive access to targeted Chamber benefits and group-buying programs at substantially reduced rates. These products and services include comprehensive group health plans, discounted office supplies, retirement and savings planning, discounted delivery services, a membership orientation and access to a variety of networking events and opportunities.
The South Philadelphia Business Association is just one organization that is involved with the Associated Membership Program. Since the Associated Membership Program was created in the summer of 2006, the Chamber has focused on marketing the program to local business associations, including Chamber Affiliates: the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce, the British American Business Council, the Chilean and American Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia, and the Mid-Atlantic Capital (MAC) Alliance.
A member of the South Philadelphia Business Association that has benefited from the partnership is Philadelphia Row Home Magazine, the only home interior/lifestyles magazine that focuses on the unique interests of residents and businesses in the South Philadelphia area.
Complementary issues of Philadelphia Row Home Magazine can be picked up at guest services counters at Barnes & Noble on Rittenhouse Square and Borders Bookstore at Broad and Chestnut Streets, both in Center City Philadelphia. Or subscribe to PRH Magazine by visiting gohomephilly.com. |
