Montgomery County Breakfast Offers a Perspective on Growth

Executives from two prominent Montgomery County employers are set to discuss their companies’ success and investment in Greater Philadelphia at the Montgomery County Breakfast, on Tuesday November 27, from 8:00 — 10:00 a.m. at JC Melrose Country Club in Cheltenham.

The breakfast, presented by the Chamber and Select Greater Philadelphia and sponsored by Wachovia, will feature Michael Hagan, CEO, NutriSystem, Inc., and Kevin Kern, CIO, Unisys Corporation. Thomas Ellis, Chairman, Montgomery County Commissioners, will describe recent economic and public policy issues within Montgomery County and the region.

The Montgomery County Breakfast is part of the County Breakfast Series, which visits eight counties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware in 2007-08 to identify Greater Philadelphia’s strengths and build a collective agenda for growth. Throughout the series, the business community, policy makers, and civic leaders will hear firsthand from some of the region’s most prominent CEOs, gain unique insight into the latest county-specific issues, and network with their professional peers.

The interviews with Hagan and Kern, moderated by WHYY Host Tracey Matisak, will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience.
