Participate in the PhillyMagnet Career Fair, powered by the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News and Monster to meet diverse job candidates who are looking to work with some of the top companies in the region. It takes place on Wednesday, April 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

PhillyMagnet is the top regional career fair opportunity. Last year, the Career Fair attracted more than 100 exhibitors and 4,000 qualified candidates from a wide range of industries, with experience levels evenly distributed among three groups: high school and entry-level, mid-career (2+ years), and management/executive level. The talent pool was comprised of a 50/50 ratio of men and women from a mix of ethnic backgrounds, with veterans representing nearly 10% of the job seekers.

A four-month promotional campaign - that includes print, electronic, and online media - will help your organization reach Greater Philadelphia’s top job candidates. As a PhillyMagnet exhibitor, your company will be featured along with other leading regional employers in a special section of The Inquirer on Sunday, April 20, called "Building a Greater Philadelphia Region." This is expected to reach more job seekers than any other media in the region.
