The Future of Health Care: Exploring Your Next Move
Join business executives, benefits decision-makers, HR professionals and small business owners for a morning forum on Tuesday, June 17 exploring the impact of changes in health care on businesses and the economy.
The Future of Health Care program will take place at the Sheraton Philadelphia City Center Hotel and will feature Tommy G. Thompson, formerly United States Secretary of Health and Human Services and a four-term governor of Wisconsin, and currently Independent Chairman of the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions. Mr. Thompson will share a national perspective on health care and discuss the current presidential candidates’ views on the subject.
After the keynote address, Susan L. Anderson, Chief of Staff, and Deputy Director of the Office of Healthcare Reform, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, will share her perspective on recent health care legislation in Harrisburg.
The event (from 7:30 to 11:00 a.m.) will also feature a panel discussion on what businesses can do to cut health care costs. Panelists include:
