Contribute Your Expertise to the Arts. Get A Great Return On Your Investment.

Have you heard the amazing story about the web developer who helped one of the oldest multi-disciplinary arts centers in the United States, based here in Philadelphia, establish a revitalized and much more engaging presence on the web?

Then there is the technology guru whose networking savvy enabled staff at a thriving puppet theater company to securely access their computers from remote connections at home and abroad?

And what about the volunteer whose database programming mastery enabled another theater company to manage its fundraising campaign efforts with ease and effectiveness.

Are you also a technology professional? If so, then you too could have wonderful stories like these to tell about your experiences as a volunteer technology consultant.

If you have a background ranging from hands-on project support like website design, database construction, and network installation to strategic technology assessments and planning we invite you to consider participation in the Technology Connectors program of the Arts and Business Council, a Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce affiliate.

As a first step apply to participate in the upcoming Technology Connectors Training, which will be held at the Chamber offices on Wednesday, November 12 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.

Your participation will lead to all the benefits of becoming a Technology Connectors volunteer including:

  • Individualized placement on projects tailored to your interests and skills
  • Council staff support throughout each technology project
  • Invitations to special volunteers-only events
  • Participation in forums/networking events to help you become a well-connected and arts-savvy member of our community.

We promise to deliver a great return on the investment of your talent and experience. And you have fun too!

The Arts & Business Council gratefully acknowledges Comcast for its generous support of the Technology Connectors program.
