Regional Congressional Delegation Reception Re-Scheduled For January 4
Because of conflicts with congressional schedules, the Regional Congressional Delegation Reception, originally scheduled for Monday, December 14, has been re-scheduled for Monday, January 4, 2010.
The popular event will be held at the same time and place — from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Westin Philadelphia Hotel, 99 S. 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA.
This month will be a busy time in Washington, D.C., and the original day for our reception presented a number of conflicts with congressional schedules. We hope that January 4 will offer a greater opportunity for our regional congressional delegation to join area business leaders to discuss shared interests in improving Greater Philadelphia’s economy and quality of life.
If you have already registered for this event, we will automatically add your name to the list of participants for our Congressional Reception on January 4. However, if our new date is inconvenient and you cannot attend, you are eligible for a full refund up until December 11, 2009.
We hope you will be able to join us on January 4 as we expect a lively and informative reception. This event attracts more than three hundred CEOs, senior managers and small business owners from throughout Greater Philadelphia. Each year attendees benefit from the informal interaction with members of Congress.
The Regional Congressional Delegation Reception is sponsored by GlaxoSmithKline, Boeing, BOMA Philadelphia, Comcast, ESM Productions, and Stradley Ronon. Signs and banners are provided by Color Reflections.
For more information or to obtain your refund, please email lmaybrown@greaterphilachamber.com by December 11.
