Recruiter Packages Available for Philly Magnet Career Fair, 4/20

Recruit at the PhillyMagnet Career Fair, powered by the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com/Monster, and meet a diverse and talented pool of job candidates looking to work with some of the top companies in the region.

The fair will take place on Tuesday, April 20, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, located in Center City Philadelphia.

Base on last year’s turn-out, you can expect the job candidates to represent a broad spectrum of education and experience, from entry-level to mid-career and upper-management:

• 93% possessed a high school degree or equivalent
• 49% possessed an associate’s degree or higher and
• 48% possessed management/executive level experience

Additionally, the talent pool was comprised of a 50/50 ratio of men and women and a mix of ethnic backgrounds.
