Serving the community has always been a hallmark of David Difuntorum Photography. Since his early days as a Navy photographer, David Difuntorum willingly and enthusiastically provided professional images to needy individuals and nonprofit organizations.

Since then, while successfully photographing commercial and fine art wedding photography for 20 years all over the world, David Difuntorum has continued to provide high end images and content to nonprofit agencies and to individuals who cannot normally afford professional images.

For example, the need of budget-strapped but worthy nonprofit agencies like The Smith Playhouse and Playground has been obvious for the 100 years The Smith Playhouse has been in existence.

But since the advent of the internet, never before has the need and demand for high quality images to bring the message of a fun and safe place to play for Philadelphia’s children been so great.

Last year, over the course of several hours and days, David Difuntorum generously photographed hundreds of professional high-end images with the latest equipment. The images were used in the new updated website for The Smith Playhouse and Playground, brochures, emails and other media related to supporting The Smith Playhouse message of hope, fun and safety to Philadelphia's children.

David Difuntorum Photography also provided family portraits to resource-challenged families and the St. John’s Baptist Church and Pre-School. These individuals and organizations simply don’t have the resources to afford professional high-end images of the timeless moments as their children and families grow.

David Difuntorum’s ability to capture these fleeting moments is dearly appreciated by these families, who otherwise would find it impossible to afford any professional images of their children and families.
