Devereux is a non-profit organization providing services around the nation for persons with emotional, developmental & educational disabilities. The operations encompasses a continuum of care serving children, adolescents and adults. Requirments: the State Director of Human Resources is responsible for ensuring alignment of HR strategies with the State strategic plan. Oversight of HR professionals align HR practices with State operations. Will provide consultation, coaching and guidance to Operations Leadership, managers and HR professionals. Oversees a strategic plan that supports initiatives to make Devereux the "employer of choice" in human services
