Kaplan Test Prep CONGRATULATES Joya Ahmad, a Junior at William Penn Charter School in Philadelphia. Joya has just accomplished a rare feat achieved by less than .02% of approximately 1.5 million students nationwide: she scored a perfect 2400 on the SAT!
