xperienced administrator needed for professional career management firm.
Primary responsibilities include all traditional front desk activities; phones, messages, voicemail, calendars and appointments, greet and welcome guests.
Schedule and coordinate internal meetings.
Produce letter perfect documents, including resumes, mail merges, spreadsheet
Orient clients to our office and procedures.
Maintain library subscriptions, membership, sponsorships.
Perform research using internet and business databases.
Work in social media (LinkedIn and Twitter).
Assist with purchasing, work with vendors.
Perform clerical duties.
Maintain office appearance, keeping a clean neat, well-stocked office.
