Loan Processing Assistant

Our client located in South Jersey is looking to fill a Loan Processing Assistant position.

Responsibilities:
•Assisting with ordering and following up on third party documents including, but not limited to verifications of employment (past and present)
•Share findings with the Loan Processors via comments/tasking system
•Initiate tasks to the Processors as needed as a result of reviewing/receiving documentation from either the customer or a third party

Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or equivalent required.
•Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required, preferably in the financial services industry
•Strong customer service skills, excellent communications skills, written and verbal
•Must have experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
