We are currently working with a client in the Mount Laurel area who is looking for an experienced and dedicated candidate to fill a REO Claims Representative position.
Responsibilities:
•Communicate, document and generate correspondence to external customers and vendors to resolve escalated issues
•Monitor and maintain balances on aging loans less than 90 days after being paid off
•Update and distribute monthly reports to management
QUALIFICATIONS
•Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
•One year in the mortgage banking industry, collections, or customer service
•Proficient in MS Software; Word, Excel and Access
•Knowledge of CPI/ALLtel+
