We are currently working with a client in the South Jersey area who is searching for an experienced and motivated individual to fill a Customer Service Representative position.

Responsibilities:
•Consistently follow-up with customers and other personnel as required to discuss any unresolved matters
•Perform and complete data entry of contract
•Handle all incoming customer inquires
•Obtain, check in and confirm all new agreements

Requirements:
•High call volume experience is a must
•Associate's degree preferred
•2+ years customer service/collections
•Excellent computer skills, specifically proficiency in Excel
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
