Baldrige is a national program that provides structure and support for organizations seeking to achieve performance excellence. The Keystone Alliance for Performance Excellence (KAPE) is Pennsylvania's state-level version of the program.
KAPE is hosting a half-day sharing/learning session about the Baldrige criteria from 9:30-11:30 am in Suite 700 (the DiBona Room) of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce facility.
It will feature leaders from four PA-based organizations in the manufacturing and service sectors who currently use Baldrige as a continuous - and breakthrough - improvement methodology.
Representatives from the following organizations will present their Baldrige success stories:
-ActiveStrategy, Inc.
-Applied Clinical Intelligence, LLC
-Heraeus Electro-Nite
-Stoner, Inc. (a 2003 national Baldrige Award recipient)
There is no charge to attend, but registration is required (through the KAPE website URL listed above).
