Join thousands of Delaware Valley residents, including heart and stroke survivors, on Sunday, November 4 to walk in the American Heart Association’s 14th annual Philadelphia Heart Walk (5K) to raise awareness and funds to fight cardiovascular disease and stroke, the No. 1 and No. 4 causes of death in Southeastern PA and the country. Activities for adults and children will begin at 8 a.m., Opening Ceremonies at 10, Walk at 10:30 at Citizen’s Bank Park.
