Innovation Culture, Developing and maintaining the DNA of the Innovative Organization or Region
Some of the best indicators of a growing, healthy organization or region is establishing and maintaining an Innovation Culture. This has been established in research as one of the two best predictors of ‘growth outliers’. It is, however, an elusive success factor that has been mastered by the few of the best. It is also a magnet for talent and other resources. In this forum we’ll explore the ‘special sauce’ needed to establish and maintain this x-factor.
