EXIT REALTY “The Waterfront Group” is a real estate office located in Philadelphia; & is independently owned & operated by REALTOR®, Marie Bontigao. She founded the non-profit organization called “The Waterfront Group Foundation” to help Philadelphia residents become successful & responsible homeowners through free educational classes, seminars & workshops. The Foundation’s signature initiative is the Tabula Rasa Project. The Project was launched in Dec. 2007 on the radio & was created to give a deserving family a place to call home. Darlene McPhail, the recipient, is a single parent of five children all under the age of 14. Her home was presented to her in a special unveiling ceremony on 10/25/08.
Phase 2 of the Project is now in effect. All applications can be downloaded from: www.exitwaterfrontgroup.com & must be completed, mailed, & postmarked by DEC. 31, 2008.
