The Chamber offers three different conference rooms and each can be set up to your liking. Need a boardroom, classroom, or theater setup? Need audiovisual equipment or teleconferencing capabilities? We've got you covered. And best of all, this service is FREE for Chamber members. The average cost of renting a conference room at a Center City Hotel is $800!
Please note: Reservations cannot be made more than two months in advance, food services are available for a fee, and scheduling is subject to room availability. Other restrictions may apply as well.

G. Fred Dibona Jr. Room
The largest room available (34' x 32') has multiple set-up options: Theatre style, open path in the middle (90 people); Board room/rectangular style with tables (30 people); Classroom style (30 people); Horseshoe style, with tables (22 people); and Standing room only, no furniture (90 people).
Montgomery Room
This medium-sized room (32' x 17') has the following options: Theatre style, open path in the middle (30 people); Board room/rectangular style with tables (20 people); and Open Horseshoe style, with tables (18 people).
Delaware Room
This small room (16' x 14') has one setup option: Boardroom table (10 people).
